Well I am back in Kiev until Sunday evening when I will take the train back to Krivoy Rog. We got up at 2:30 am this morning and got Joe all packed up. Then at 3:30 am our driver came to get us to take Joe to the airport. He has love his time here and we got so much closer during this process (if that is at all possible) and he was sad to leave me and Jacob here, however he is very much looking forward to getting home to American soil. The first things on his agenda are Diet Pepsi and Skoal. He brought come chew with him (I know nasty habit), but it wasn’t enough to last the entire stay so for the past 4 days he has been out. Not something you find any of in Ukraine. I am sure first thing in Chicago or even in Frankfurt he will buy some if he can! LOL
I am sitting in the apartment today. Waiting for a phone call because I am changing apartments to one closer to downtown at some point today. If that comes here soon, I will venture out today. Well I have to venture out at some point because I have NO food in the apartment, but so far, I am not real hungry. Tonight I might head over to TGI Friday’s for some dinner, but we will see.
I am missing my WHOLE family today. The kids at home, Joe and of course Jacob as we haven’t seen him since the afternoon visit on Wednesday. I am hoping to hook up with someone here that speaks English either later tonight or tomorrow, but I am not sure that is going to happen. Will keep you posted!!

Awww Brigitte! You are so close to coming home yourself! You will Jacob back in your arms in no time, and be back home befreo you know it. Prayers that the rest of your trip continues on smoothly!
My thoughts are so with you while you do this last part alone. Just remember...IT IS WORTH IT! Jacob is a complete and amazing dream child! (in my eyes anyway)
