Repeat of Week 5

Life with Bubba, Chicky and Nika

I just completed Week 5 of Couch to 5K

These are my random thoughts:

  • beginning of the week was OK.
  • end of the week (20 minute run) was bad!!!
  • I am over 1/2 way done!!
  • I can’t believe I have stuck with it and actually LIKE it!
  • so glad I got some running shoes.
  • am going to repeat week 5 again next week!
  • don’t think I am ready to move on quite yet.
  • signed up to run a 5K on May 15th.
  • need to find one to run sooner!
  • wonders what people will think whey they see me run.. it is definitely NOT pretty!  LOL
  • needs to find a few more pairs of running pants!
  • NEVER thought in a million years that I could run 1.8 miles!

If I start training, would that get me in time to run with you in May? How many weeks is the training? 10 weeks?

You are doing awesome. I am doing W5D2 today. I am really nervous for D3. Ugh. I'm screwed. I think my 5K is too early and that I won't be able to do it. Sigh. We are in it together Brigitte ... run! LOL
